1 small head of cabbage;
700-800 g of ready minced meat;
onion – 1 pcs.;
rice 150 gr.;

sour cream with a fat content of 20% – 500 gr.;
tomato paste 2 tablespoons with a bitter;
salt 1 tsp.;
100 ml water.

Method of cooking:
Separate the cabbage into leaves. Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. If the cabbage leaves remain hard, then during stewing they will not have time to prepare and will remain crispy. But there is no need to boil them either, since they will languish in the dish for about 40 minutes.

Remove the boiled cabbage leaves from the water and cool. If the central veins of the leaves remain solid, they can be cut or beaten with a wooden hammer.

Boil rice in boiling salted water. If desired, you can leave the rice undercooked – a little hard. Drain the water, cool the rice. Mix minced meat with rice. If desired, you can add spicy herbs to the filling: finely chopped parsley, dill, basil, coriander.

Make a sauce-filling: in a deep bowl, mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and pepper, and then dilute with water.

Take a deep form for baking, which you will use, the height of the sides is not less than 6 cm. Pour 3-4 tbsp. spoons of sauce. Lay the cabbage leaves. Apply minced meat in a thin layer on the leaves.

Pour sauce evenly. Alternate layers of cabbage, minced meat and sauce until the products run out.

There should be a layer of leaves on top, sprinkled with the remains of the filling.

Cover the form with foil on top.

Place in the oven at t 200°C for about 40 minutes.

When serving, cut the casserole into portions and pour the sauce in which it was cooked.
