If you don’t want to make cuts, you can wrap the potatoes with strips of bacon. In this case, potatoes should not be large.
Sour cream can be served as a sauce.
You can also serve potatoes with a vegetable salad.
Clean a medium-sized potato thoroughly and make deep cuts (not quite reaching the end), about half a centimeter.
Carefully place thinly sliced lard in the incisions.
Now salt and pepper the potatoes a little (to taste), wrap them in the prepared foil.
Bake in a mold for an hour at a temperature of 180*C.
Serve the finished potatoes hot, sprinkled with greens.
