50 g of butter.

Method of cooking:
Water is, of course, only boiling water.
Very, very tight lid.
Boil EXACTLY 12 minutes from the moment of boiling:
3 — strong fire; (we hold the lid so that it does not fly off)
7 — moderate fire;
2 – weak fire.
Do not open for EXACTLY 12 minutes either.
Then open, add 50g. butter and salt to taste.
And mix very carefully.
