Ant salad – a recipe with a photo

Hi friends. Today we are preparing a delicious and light Anthill salad, the taste of which is very familiar to everyone.

I found the salad recipe on the Internet, prepared it – it is very tasty, and decided to share it with you. The salad justifies its name if you put it on a flat dish and sprinkle a lot of greens on top. Try making this delicious salad!

young or Beijing cabbage – 1 pc. (small);
fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
boiled chicken fillet – 300 g;
boiled and smoked sausage – 200 g;
greens (parsley, dill, green onion);
sour cream 200 g;
mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. l.;
salt, black pepper.

Salad preparation process.

For this salad, you can take ordinary young cabbage or Peking cabbage. We cut it not very finely.

Cut a fresh cucumber into strips.

Now we cut greens – onion, green dill and parsley.

Cut the cooked smoked sausage into strips.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add salt and ground black pepper.

Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise or more to the sour cream if you wish.

Add this sour cream with mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients and the salad is ready. Believe me, it is simple, fast and very tasty. I wish you all a good mood and a good appetite.
