Apples – 1 kg. (Antonivka variety),
Sugar – 800 grams (600 grams pour raw apples, 200 grams – during the second cooking),
Cinnamon – to taste.

Method of cooking:
Wash and dry the apples.

Sprinkle the sliced ​​apples with sugar (600 g) and leave overnight so that the apples give juice.

Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Leave to infuse for 4-8 hours.

Add the remaining sugar and cook 2 more times – bring to a boil and insist for 4 hours. Cook until ready, add cinnamon.

Put the finished jam in jars.
