Preparation:
You need to fry four omelettes first.
Lightly beat an egg, add a tablespoon of sour cream, finely chop the onion – 1 tbsp. We pepper and salt everything, mix.
Fry the omelette in vegetables. oils under the lid. After that, we transfer it to food paper, cover it so that it does not air out.
Fry the other 3 omelettes in the same way.
Roll the first into a tight roll.
Twist the second one tightly into the first one. It will be a double roll.
We do the same with the third and fourth omelets.
Wrap the rolls in cling film and put in the fridge for an hour or an hour and a half.
After that, cut out circles of 4-5 cm in diameter from the slices of loaf. The cups should be slightly larger than the diameter of the roll.
Mix olive oil with melted butter. Grease the bread cups with the mixture. Transfer them to a baking sheet with food paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 gr.
We take out the rolls, cut them crosswise into pieces. There will be 10 parts.
Grease the bread cups with sour cream, put a roll on top, and red caviar on it. Sprinkle everything with finely chopped onions.
