Appetizing chicken breasts with spinach just melt on the tongue

1. Melt butter in a pan, add chopped spinach and parsley, pour lemon juice, mix. After a minute, remove from heat.

2. Add parmesan, salt, pepper, mix.

3. Cut the chicken breasts in such a way that a pocket comes out, cover with cling film and beat slightly.

4. Put the filling on one half of the breast, cover with the other half and fasten both parts with toothpicks.

5. Grease both sides with olive oil, salt and pepper.

6. Fry the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

7. Cut the chicken breasts with spinach into pieces and serve with greens and vegetables.
