Today’s recipe is an incredibly refreshing apple sorbet (ice cream). It is very easy to prepare apple ice cream with a hint of lemon and fresh mint. Ideal not only for summer.
The process of making apple ice cream.
- Prepare 1 kg of apples. I recommend using a mixture of at least two different varieties of apples. Using a mixture of different varieties of apples, you will get an even more interesting taste of ice cream.
Although the amount of sugar seems high, the syrup is not thick and sticky. In structure, it will be more similar to ordinary water than to sugar.
Advices: if you spread the ice cream in separate small containers, it will of course be ready much faster. Also, it will not be necessary to stir the mass during freezing. After 2-3 hours of freezing, the ice cream will probably be perfect for consumption.
