Apple muffins – a recipe for baking that is good for health

1. Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.

2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. In a large container, combine two types of flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, 0,5 teaspoons of cinnamon, soda, salt and cloves. Make an indentation in the center and set aside.

3. In a separate container, pour warm water over brown sugar with cinnamon and stir until the sugar dissolves.

4. In another container, mix milk, apple juice, egg, olive oil and vanilla.

5. Pour the resulting liquid mass into the recesses in the flour mixture and knead the dough, adding apples at the end.

6. Spoon the dough into each mold and pour 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon syrup over each. Bake for 12 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

7. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them stand for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
