Ingredients:
Raw tiger prawns 700 grams,
Arugula 4 bunches,
Cherry tomatoes 2 packages,
Parmesan,
Olive oil,
balsamic vinegar,
Garlic 3 — 4 slices,
Hot pepper 1 — 2 pcs.,
Salt, ground black pepper.

Method of cooking:
Let’s clean the shrimp.
Clean the garlic and chop coarsely.

Cut the cherries in half.

Wash and finely chop or chop the arugula.

Grate the Parmesan into slices or thinly slice it.

Cut hot pepper into several parts without seeds. Fry pepper and garlic in olive oil until golden and discard.

Fry the shrimp very quickly in the same oil. 2 minutes on each side.

Salt, take out and put on arugula.

Add tomatoes, Parmesan.

Dress the salad with balsamic vinegar.
