Method of cooking:
Prepare the marinade. So mix finely chopped pepper, grated garlic, sugar, water and sauces.

Cut the meat into thin pieces.

Cut the cucumber into bars, and the eggs into slices.

Heat a frying pan over high heat with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Put the meat and fry, stirring, for a couple of minutes. Add the marinade and cook for a few more minutes until the liquid thickens.

Tear the salad with your hands and put it in a salad bowl.

Add eggs, cucumbers and meat along with the juices from the pan.

Mix immediately before eating.
