Ingredients:
Chicken thigh 6 pcs.
Champignon mushrooms 500 g
Puff pastry 500 g
Onion 3 pc.
Mayonnaise 50 g
Sour cream 100 g
Refined sunflower oil 50 ml
Bay leaf 2 pc.
Black pepper with peas 5 pcs.
Extra salt 3 pinches.

Method of cooking:
Main ingredients: meat, mushrooms, puff pastry, onion, pepper, sunflower oil, peppercorns, mayonnaise and sour cream.

We cook the chicken until ready, about 1:00, adding a bay leaf, black pepper and salt.

While the chicken is cooking, chop the mushrooms.

We put the mushrooms on a pan, having previously greased it with sunflower oil, and fry for 15 minutes.

After frying the mushrooms for 15 minutes, add chopped onions to them and fry the mix for another 10 minutes.

After 25 minutes of general frying of mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. And we fry this whole mixture for another 5 minutes, and then we set it aside to cool.

Remove the bones from the cooked meat, and chop the meat.

Then we mix the meat with fried mushrooms and onions.

Now take the puff pastry and roll it out thinly.

Cut the prepared dough into squares approximately 8×8 cm in size.

Place a mixture of meat and mushrooms, about 1-2 teaspoons, on each square.

Then we form bags from the squares.

Place the bags on a baking sheet greased with oil and put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

Ready bags can be served as a snack or an independent dish!
