Baked apples in dough – a tasty and aromatic dessert

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the baking sheet with parchment (you can not grease it with oil).

2. Peel the apples and remove the center through, mix cinnamon and sugar, roll the apples well in this mixture.

3. Divide the dough into 2 squares of such a size that you can wrap an apple in them, if necessary, you can roll it out a little.

4. Wrap the apples in the dough, brush the tangential edges with egg, then press the dough with your hands a little so that it fits tightly, transfer the apples to a baking sheet, brush with egg, you can cut leaves from the remaining dough and decorate the apples with them.

5. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then lower it to 160 degrees and bake for another 20-25 minutes.

Cool the finished apples on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
