Ingredients:
Chicken drumstick 800 g
Garlic 3 cloves.
Onion (100g) 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp.
Red tomatoes 200 g
Sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 pc.
Sweet yellow pepper 1 pc.
Rosemary sprigs 3 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes 200 g
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp.

Method of cooking:
Salt the chicken or drumsticks and fry until golden brown.
Transfer the fried chicken to a wide baking dish.

Wash the vegetables. Clean the pepper and cut one part into squares and the other into strips. Finely chop the onion, chop the tomatoes, chop the garlic and part of the rosemary leaves.

In the pan where the chicken was fried, saute the onion until it turns yellowish, then add the pepper and tomatoes. Cook for about 5-10 minutes over medium heat, while stirring. Add finely chopped garlic and chopped rosemary leaves.

Salt and pepper.
Pour all the resulting sauce on our chicken, put pepper strips and cherry tomatoes on top. Place whole sprigs of rosemary on top.

Put the form in a heated oven somewhere up to 200 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes.

It will be very tasty with boiled rice.
