Make a cone shape from the foil. Fill it with ice cream and put it in the freezer. Cut the biscuit according to the shape of the cone-shaped base. Beat egg whites with powder until stiff peaks. Put the ice cream on the biscuit base, remove the mold. Heat the oven to 200°C. Brush the ice cream with egg whites and put in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until a golden crust appears on the egg whites. Remove and serve immediately.
