1 French loaf, preferably “yesterday’s”, you can use a regular loaf.
100 grams of cheese
100 grams of soft butter
2-3 cloves of garlic
parsley and dill to taste.

Grate the cheese, squeeze the garlic, add soft butter and finely chopped greens, mix everything. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Make slits in the loaf, cutting diagonally not all the way through, and fill them well with the cheese filling.

Wrap the loaf in foil, put in the oven for 20 minutes. Then open the foil and leave for another 5 minutes so that the bread is slightly browned, you can under the grill. You can serve it by cutting it into pieces along the already cut lines or cut it next to it with a sharp knife, then the filling will remain inside, as it were.
