Ingredients:
500 gr. mushrooms (very tasty brown champignons)
700 gr. pork
5 medium bulbs
300 gr. cream + approximately 125 ml. water
salt, pepper, marjoram
cheese for baking if desired (optional)
greens.
Method of cooking:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the meat into pieces no more than 1 cm thick. Heat a pan and fry the meat on both sides. You can add a little oil.
Salt and pepper on both sides. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into slices.
Fry mushrooms and onions until golden.
Add cream and about 125 ml. water Let it boil.
Salt, pepper, add marjoram to taste.
Put the meat in a baking dish, cover with mushrooms and cream.
Wrap in foil and send to the oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and leave it in the oven for another 30-40 minutes.
If you like to bake with cheese, then sprinkle with grated cheese 10-15 minutes before it is ready.
Very tasty simply with a baguette or ciabatta.
Or with potatoes.
