Baked potatoes with lard and cheese » Culinary recipes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
8-10 potatoes,
100 gr. lard,
100 gr. bacon,
100 gr. hard cheese,
mustard, salt.

Method of cooking:
Wash 8-10 small potatoes well and cut them in half.

Clean the lard from excess salt and cut into cubes.

Also cut the bacon into small pieces.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the middle of the potato halves and smear the bottom with mustard.

Then put a pinch of grated cheese on the bottom.

Put lard or bacon on the cheese.

Grease a baking sheet with oil and put the “ships” on it.

Bake in an oven heated to 180* C for 45-50 minutes.
