Baked pumpkin. Culinary recipe.

Ingredients:
pumpkin,
salt and pepper to taste
star (very little),
vegetable and butter,
lemon,
honey or brown sugar.

Method of cooking:
Cut the washed pumpkin in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Cut into pieces about 1,5 centimeters thick.

Grind salt together with black pepper and cumin in a mortar. Determine the proportions yourself, according to your taste.

Sprinkle the pumpkin slices on both sides with this mixture and fry in a pan until a slightly visible crust.

It is best to fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter oils. Vegetable oil will give the pumpkin a crust, and butter will add the necessary flavors.
When frying, the pumpkin will absorb salt, pepper, cumin and oil. If you simply bake it in the oven, sprinkled with salt and spices, there will be no such effect. But the old one will be less caloric.

Place the pumpkin pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix the juice of one small lemon with a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of brown sugar in a bowl.
Apply this mixture on the surface of the fried pumpkin pieces.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. For beauty and mood, you can add a handful of small apples and hawthorn berries.
