Tomatoes – 1 kilogram,
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons,
Cheese – 200 grams,
Garlic – 2 cloves,
Basil is a bunch,
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp. spoon,
Ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Method of cooking:
Press the garlic cloves lightly with a knife and peel them. Finely chop.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into four parts and cut out the stalk.
Wash the basil, dry it a little with paper towels and tear it with your hands or scissors.

In a large bowl, mix the garlic, tomatoes, and basil. Add salt, black pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Mix everything well again.

Put the tomatoes with spices in a non-stick baking sheet well greased with olive oil. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (while our tomatoes are baking).

Add cheese to the finished tomatoes – sprinkle on top of the tomatoes. Send the dish back to the oven for a few minutes. As soon as the cheese melts, baked tomatoes with cheese are ready.

Serve with fresh bread.
