Banana muffin with yogurt and raisins

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork into puree.

2. Mix butter, eggs and sugar until smooth.

3. Add vanilla essence, mix.

4. Add bananas and yogurt. Mix well.

5. Sift flour mixed with baking powder into the resulting mass. Knead a thin dough.

6. Add raisins and mix gently.

7. Grease the form with butter or cover it with baking paper.

8. We pour the dough into the mold, you can sprinkle a little brown sugar on top so that the cake has a nice shiny crust. We send it to a preheated oven for 45-60 minutes. The readiness of the cake can be checked with a toothpick or a match.
