Beef rolls. How to make photo rolls?

lean beef – 700 g;
smoked bacon – 200 g;
water – 250 ml;
onion – 2 pcs.;
garlic – 3 cloves;
melted butter – 2 tbsp. l.;
pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
mustard – 4 teaspoons;
dried mushrooms – a small handful;
flour – 1 tbsp. l. without a slide;
spices: 0,5 tsp. pepper; 1 tsp. without bitter sweet pepper.

Homemade beef rolls are a great option for a hearty dinner for the whole family. You can easily replace beef with pork. It is also an excellent option for any festive table.

The process of making beef rolls.

  1. To prepare tasty and soft rolls, you need to choose a good piece of beef. Cut the beef into pieces about 1-1,5 cm thick. Beat each piece of meat well.

Spread a little mustard on one side of each piece. Then put a piece of smoked bacon. Also put a quarter of the pickled cucumber cut lengthwise. Wrap in a tight roll.

Remove the well-browned rolls from the pan and place them tightly in a large saucepan.

Advice: if you don’t have dried mushrooms, you can add fresh mushrooms to the sauce after an hour of stewing.

At this stage, I recommend adding mushrooms cut into smaller pieces. We put fresh mushrooms in a pan only when we have not previously added dried ones.

By the way, check the taste of the sauce and the hardness of the meat. If the sauce is too salty, add more salt (or dark soy sauce) or pepper. If the meat is almost soft, stew it for no longer than 30 minutes.
