Beef with prunes and cinnamon
1. Wash the beef, cut it into medium-sized pieces and fry in half the oil.
2. Peel the carrots and onions. Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and fry together in the remaining oil until the onion is translucent. Add salt, ground black pepper, cinnamon and flour diluted in wine. Boil for a few minutes and pour this sauce over the beef.
3. Rinse the prunes well and add to the ball. Simmer for 40-50 minutes, adding hot water if necessary. Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with chopped greens to taste.
