Beetroot salad with prunes and nuts – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a very tasty vitamin salad with beets, prunes and nuts. This salad is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
beets – 3 pcs. medium size;
walnuts – 100 g;
prunes – 150 g;
mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. l .;
salt – to taste.

Pour the nuts into the pan and fry them over low heat, stirring constantly. This will make them more fragrant and tasty.

Prunes are first washed in cold water and poured with boiling water for 5 minutes.

Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater.

While we were rubbing the beets, the nuts were roasted. Remove them from the heat and let them cool. If desired, you can peel the nuts from the shell. Cut them with a knife into small pieces. Pour into a bowl next to the beets.

Drain the water from the prunes and also cut them into small pieces. Add the chopped prunes to the other ingredients.

Mix the salad a little, add salt to taste and season with mayonnaise again. Mix everything well.
