Today I prepared a salad from Beijing cabbage with chicken. It turned out very tasty. The salad turned out to be light, but at the same time nutritious. I want to share my recipe with you.
Ingredients:
Beijing cabbage – 200 g;
chicken fillet – 200 g;
cucumbers – 60 g;
Bulgarian red pepper – 40 g;
farm cheese – 50 g;
chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
sour cream – 150 g;
nut dressing – 30 g;
soy sauce – 30 ml;
salt and spices – to taste.

Bring all the ingredients to readiness, namely: cut the chicken fillet into pieces and marinate for a few minutes in soy sauce
Let’s cook the eggs. Let’s do the vegetables ourselves. Cut bell pepper into small cubes.
Grate farm cheese on a coarse grater.
The meat is salted, peppered and stewed for a few minutes under the lid so that it is juicy.
Then we cool it and disassemble it by fibers.
We are preparing a sour cream sauce. To do this, mix sour cream with nut dressing, add a little salt.
Clean the boiled eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We begin to collect our salad. Place the Chinese cabbage at the bottom of the glass. I just broke it.
Lubricate with sauce and lay a layer of cheese.
Since the cheese is dry, immediately rub the yolk on a fine grater.
Cabbage follows, and we coat it with sauce.
Sprinkle with bell pepper.
Next, cut chamomile petals from the protein and place them on the pepper. Pour a little yolk in the middle.
And it can be done much easier: all the products are mixed in a salad bowl and laid out on plates. For lovers, you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
