Ingredients:
Beef liver – 500 g
Beer – 200 ml
Sour – 200 g
Cybul – 2 pcs.
Sweet and sour apple – 1 pc
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method of cooking:
Clean the liver from films and cut into strips.
Cut the onion in half, then in half again and chop.
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped liver in it until golden brown.
In another pan, fry the onion until translucent, then add the chopped apple and stew everything until soft.
Then add sour cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Pour beer into the pan, turn on the minimum heat and boil the sauce for about 15 minutes.
Put the fried liver in the sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.
Stew everything together for another 3 minutes.
