Method of cooking:
Prepare pre-boiled heart, onion, mayonnaise, black pepper, parsley.

Peel the onion and cut into thin strips.

Pour boiling water to cover. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Put it on a sieve, let the water drain.

Cover the onion with a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1). Leave for 30-60 minutes.

Cut the boiled heart into thin strips. Put in a bowl.

Add chopped parsley, ground black pepper, lay out the pickled onion (drain the marinade as well as the water through a sieve). Salt a little with sea salt and herbs.

Season with mayonnaise, mix and cool.
