Method of cooking:
Put the crackers in an enamel pan and pour boiling water over them. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 3 hours. Dilute the yeast with warm water, add a pinch of flour and leave for 1 hour.

Strain the infusion on breadcrumbs, add yeast and sugar to it. Put the kvass in a warm place to ferment for 5 hours, after which it can be bottled and stored in the refrigerator. Your drink is ready.

By the way, if desired, you can add dried apricots, raisins, ginger, mint and various other spices to bread kvass. All these additional ingredients are added at the stage of adding sugar and yeast.
