Bread maker recipe. Milk bread
1. Pour milk and water into the mold. If your bread maker’s instructions say to put the yeast in the bread maker first, simply reverse the order in which you add the dry and liquid ingredients to the bread maker.
2. Pour the flour so that it completely covers the water. Put sugar, salt and butter in different corners of the form. Make a small depression in the middle of the flour and pour in the yeast.
3. Put the bread machine in the “Norm” mode, medium crust. Press the “Start” button.
4. Remove the finished bread from the bread maker and transfer it to a wire rack to cool.
* The milk used in this bread maker recipe must be at room temperature, otherwise the yeast will not “work” and the bread will not rise. Remove the milk from the refrigerator in 30 minutes. before use. You can use milk of any fat content.
Thanks to milk, the bread is soft, with a good crust. It also lasts longer.
