Brussels sprouts with hazelnuts

* Such cabbage can be served as a side dish to meat, fish or poultry or as an independent dish.

* If a lot of fat has melted from the bacon, it must be drained so that the side dish is not too greasy. The melted fat can be used for other dishes.

* Do not abuse spices – the main flavor accent is provided by hazelnuts.
