Buckwheat Culinary recipe.

Ingredients:
500 g of meat.
150 g of buckwheat,
2 eggs
2 bulbs,
200 g of tomato sauce,
salt, pepper – to taste,
flour for breading.
vegetable oil for frying.

Method of cooking:
Sort the buckwheat groats, wash them. Boil until done. Cool down.

Pass the meat (any) with one bulb through a meat grinder.

Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat, knead thoroughly.

Combine minced meat with buckwheat, mix well again.

Form patties from the minced meat, bread them well in flour and fry the resulting buckwheat in vegetable oil on both sides until a pleasant golden crust.

Cut the second onion into half rings and fry in oil until golden.

Pour tomato sauce and heat.

Put the buckwheat in the pan with the sauce, cover with a lid and simmer until tender over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
