Preparation:
Cut the onion into half rings and stew in vegetable oil in a wide pan. Cut the prepared fish into pieces, add salt and pepper, and place them on top of the onion in one row. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top, put lemon slices, bay leaf and add a little oil. Then put slices of tomatoes on top, having previously removed the skin from them, add salt, cover with a lid and cook until done.

The dish is delicious both hot and cold.
