I want to share with you the recipe for my favorite chocolate buns. Buns are sweet and with a wonderful chocolate cream. If you want to pamper yourself and your family, I suggest this simple recipe.

I made the dough for the buns with yeast, but did not let it rise, but, on the contrary, sent it to the freezer. Chocolate cream brewed in milk. In general, I spent a little time, but I got a lot of satisfaction from the process of absorbing the buns. Not only me, but also my whole family.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
– 1 glass of milk;
— 1 tsp. yeast (dry);
— 1 st. l. sugar;
– 1 egg;
— 100 g of butter;
— 2-3 cups of flour.

For the chocolate cream:
– 1 glass of milk;
— 0,5 cups of sugar;
– 1 egg;
— 2 st. l. starch;
— 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
– cocoa – 3 tbsp. l.

How to cook buns with chocolate cream.

The most important thing in these buns is the dough. It contains some secrets. The first thing we do is heat the milk so that it becomes warm.

Dissolve yeast, sugar and egg in it.

Mix, add a little flour, knead the dough like for fritters. It should stand for 20 minutes for the yeast to take effect.

Add flour, knead an elastic dough. Let’s divide it into 5 pieces.

Cut soft butter into each piece, about 20 g per piece.

Now this butter needs to be wrapped in dough. To do this, it is necessary to push the oil into the middle of the ball and do such manipulations several times.

We send the dough balls to the freezer for 2 hours.

While the dough rests, we will prepare the chocolate cream. Mix starch, sugar and egg.

Add cocoa to this mass. Add warm milk and put on fire. Boil the cream until thick. Set aside, let it cool.

When the dough cools enough in the freezer, we start forming buns. The dough will be very elastic. One ball makes 2-3 buns, depending on the size of the bun you choose.

Roll out a piece of dough thinly, 3-4 mm, put a spoonful of cream in the middle, spread it over the dough. Roll up the roll, then form a snail. Place the finished buns on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Before serving, I sprinkled the bun with powdered sugar. Sweet taste!
