Buns with sausage from yeast dough.
You don’t always want sweet pastries. I am still a big fan of various salty experiments with dough. Today I hasten to introduce you to buns, which will be filled with sausage.
To be honest, I don’t really like store-bought dough. I would rather spend some time, but I will be sure that my dough will rise and be the way I planned it. In my recipe today, I used eggless yeast dough. I also used a little sugar to give the yeast strength. Therefore, buns are ideal for first courses.
Ingredients:
milk – 0,5 l;
dry yeast – 1 tbsp. l;
butter – 50 g;
vegetable oil, you can use olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
sugar – 1 tbsp. L.;
flour – 350 g (maybe a little more will do);
boiled sausage – 200 g.
Cooking buns with sausage.
This time I made the dough without eggs, but if you take into account the fact that I added butter, it turned out very soft. I poured dry yeast, sugar and oil into the warm milk.
She added flour and kneaded the dough.
I got it of medium density, but not too full of flour, so that it was convenient for the yeast to work. She left the dough in a warm place so that it rose slowly. In 1,5 hours, the dough was suitable for me 3 times.
I liked this stuffing because it does not need to be cooked at all. It is enough to buy your favorite type of sausage in the store and that’s it, no problems. When the dough was ready, I started forming the buns. First, I rolled out a small piece of dough and gave it a rectangular shape. She cut it in half. I put round pieces of sausage in the middle. She rolled the dough into a roll and immediately cut it in half. These are the buns that came out.
She greased the parchment with oil and put the blanks on it.
I baked them in the oven for about 30 minutes. The temperature was set to 190 degrees.
When my loved ones heard the aromas of the rolls in the kitchen, they couldn’t wait for the tasting to begin. Sweet taste!
