Cabbage and vegetable salad. How to prepare a salad.

A salad of fresh cabbage and vegetables is not only tasty and very useful, but also an excellent charge of cheerfulness and a good mood for the whole day! You can and should cook it all year round! But I especially like it in the fall, when all the vegetables are not bought, but entirely from my garden.

white cabbage – 400 g;
carrot – 1 pc.;
Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.;
fresh cucumber (small) – 2-3 pcs.;
tomatoes (small) – 5-6 pcs.;
greens – 1 p.;
lemon juice – 2 tbsp. L.;
vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp. l.;
sugar – 1 teaspoon;
salt – to taste;
olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
sesame seeds – 1 tbsp. l.

Salad preparation.

The first thing we will do is the cabbage, it must be finely chopped.

Place in a deep bowl, add sugar, salt to taste and knead well with your hands until the juice is released.

Let it stand, and in the meantime we will deal with other vegetables. Grate the carrots.

Cut the pepper into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes (mine are quite small) into circles.

Cut cucumbers arbitrarily.

And chop the greens (I used green onions, parsley and dill).

We send the greens and vegetables to the cabbage and add the dressing. The dressing for this salad, of course, can be any to your taste. I added vinegar.

And oil. Any oil is suitable, both olive and ordinary vegetable oil without odor.

Now we carefully mix everything, if there is not enough salt, then add salt, you can add ground black pepper.

I really like sesame both for its taste and for its benefits for the body, so I decided to add it as well. To do this, pour it into a dry frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until the seeds darken and become shiny.

Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds when serving.

That’s all! It turns out quite simply, quickly and tasty! Good taste and good mood!
