White cabbage — 1 pc.,
Sweet pepper – 3 pcs.,
Mushrooms – 150 gr.,
Onion – 1 pc.,
Carrot – 1 pc.,
Zucchini – 0,5 pcs.,
Round polished rice – 100 gr.,
Vegetable oil – 50 gr.,
Parsley (greens) – to taste
Sour cream 30% – 200 gr.,
Salt, pepper to taste.

Method of cooking:
Cut the head of the cabbage and lower the fork into boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Take out the cabbage and cool it to a warm state, disassemble it into leaves. Cut off the extra thickness of the ribs and slightly beat them.
Boil the rice until half cooked. Drain the water, cool the rice to room temperature.

Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Cut zucchini into small cubes.
Cut the pepper into small cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Fry mushrooms and onions in heated oil, then add zucchini, carrots, and pepper.

All cook until soft.
Mix fried vegetables with rice and finely chopped parsley.

Put the filling (about 2 tablespoons) on the cabbage leaf from the side of the korezhka and roll it into an envelope.

Put the cabbage rolls in a deep form, pour sour cream and pierce the foil in several places and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
