Green salad 150 g.
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Olive oil 30 ml.
Garlic cloves 1 pc.
Chicken breast 200 g.
Parmesan 100 g.
Cherry tomatoes 200 g.
White crackers 100 g.
Sauce: American Caesar 100 ml.

Method of cooking:
First of all, we boil the eggs so that they are ready and cooled at the right moment.

On a large plate, we lay out rather coarsely torn or chopped green salad leaves.

Fry chicken breasts in small pieces until golden. Shortly before readiness, salt and add finely chopped garlic. It smells very delicious.

Grate the parmesan on a fine grater to get a fine shaving.

Put a slightly cooled chicken and eggs cut into 4 parts on the salad. You can use quail eggs, then you need to take more of them and cut them only in half.

Place cherry tomato halves on top. In the end, add croutons, pour sauce and cover with parmesan.

If you don’t want the crackers to get soggy, and the salad leaves to release juice, then it’s better to eat right away.

If there is no ready-made sauce, you can make it yourself:

1. Mix sour cream and kefir in approximately equal proportions, 1:1, add spices and chopped dill. You can also add mayonnaise – to taste.

2. Lower the egg (chicken) into boiling water for exactly 1 minute!
Mix: olive oil – 5 – 6 tablespoons,
garlic clove (grated / crushed),
mustard – 1 tsp,
juice of 0,5 lemon,
add the whole egg there,
100 g of grated parmesan.
Beat everything well with a blender. And pour the salad. To taste, you can sprinkle more herbs or oregano.
