Canapes of pancakes on skewers » Culinary recipes of dishes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
Chicken egg – 3 pc.
Milk (3,5% fat) — 500 ml.
Vegetable oil – 60 ml.
Wheat flour – 250 gr.
Zucor – 30 gr.
Salt – 1 teaspoon.
Cheese (soft, cheesy) — 400 gr.
Salmon (lightly salted) — 400 gr.
Olives (pitted) — 100 gr.

Method of cooking:
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar with a fork, add flour and salt, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps, then pour milk and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. You can add a little vegetable oil to the pancake batter.

You can use your recipe for making pancakes – it’s not essential.

We put the pan on the fire to heat it, lightly coat it with vegetable oil and start frying the pancakes on both sides.

After that, let them cool down a little.

The filling for canapes can be any, depending on what you like or what is lying around in the fridge.

So, we smear the first pancake with cottage cheese (why exactly, because it is very soft).

We cover the cheese with the second pancake, on which we lay thinly sliced fish in advance.

And in this way, we alternate layers of cheese and salmon. I got 6 layers. That was enough stuffing.

Now we will cut out the canapé. I do this using special molds, but you can also cut it with a sharp knife, or using cookie cutters.

In order for the pancakes not to move when slicing, it is better to immediately pierce them with skewers with olive.

Thus, we cut out all the canapés.

Canapes are ready. They are served as snacks. Usually they prefer to drink champagne as an aperitif.

Advices:
— The filling for canapés can be any: you can, for example, use smoked sausage instead of salmon, or make a vegetarian version with the addition of pieces of vegetables on top of cheese (tomato).

— You can use pitted olives instead of olives (goes well with sausage)

– You can use fresh, fatty cheese instead of cottage cheese and salt it, or cottage cheese.
