Ingredients:

Lemon – 1 pc.;
Grapefruit – 1 pc.;
Tangerine — 1 pc.;
Sugar – 250 g;
vanillin – 1 gr.
Method of cooking:
First, carefully cut the peel from an orange and other citrus fruits.
You can immediately cut into strips.
Then we remove all the white film from the skin.
Pour the cleaned skins with ordinary cold water.
We change the water to fresh every day.
When after five days the bitterness leaves the skins, throw the skins on a sieve to drain all the water.
At this time, we put water with sugar on the fire and cook the candied fruit for 20 minutes on low heat, until the syrup thickens and the candied fruit becomes transparent.
Put a baking sheet on a baking sheet, spread candied fruit, preferably thinly, and put it in the oven to dry.
Then we will take sugar and pour candied fruits into it.
Can be used to make confectionery, or just eat like candy.
