2 white onions
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch
Dark balsamic vinegar 5 tsp.
Refined sunflower oil 75 ml.

Method of cooking:
This side dish is perfect for meat dishes, fish or as an appetizer! It turns out to be soft, slightly sweet, absolutely not “evil”, with a light taste of balsamic and a small amount of caramel sauce.
To prepare onions caramelized with balsamic vinegar, we will need a large white onion, sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, and refined sunflower oil.

Peel the onion and cut it into not very thin rings. We share the rings.

Fry the onion in refined sunflower oil for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat, constantly turning it over so that it becomes soft, but not fried.

Pour balsamic vinegar, add sugar and salt.

We mix. Fry for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce (vinegar with sugar and butter) thickens and the onion caramelizes.

Serve as a side dish or as a snack.
