Dark chocolate 80 g
Milk 15 ml

Method of cooking:
To prepare caramelized tangerines in chocolate, we will need tangerines, sugar, chocolate, nuts, and milk.

Wash tangerines, scald them with boiling water and cut them with the peel into 5 mm thickness.

Pour water over the cut tangerines and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water.

Repeat again: pour fresh water, boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water. This is necessary in order for the bitterness to disappear.

Add sugar, 150 ml of water to the prepared tangerines and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the nuts.

Remove the boiled tangerines from the syrup and place them on foil in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Send to the oven for 15 minutes at 140 ºC. If you need tangerines to become more crispy, increase the time in the oven by 3-5 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath with milk.

Dip the caramelized tangerines halfway into the chocolate, then into the chopped nuts.

Serve as an independent dessert or use to decorate confectionery.
