Method of cooking:
Wash, peel and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Add eggs, salt, semolina, mix everything thoroughly. Form patties, dip them in semolina and lightly fry on medium heat on both sides.

Then transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet, add a little water, cover with foil and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
