Pork tongue 220 g
Quail eggs 10 pcs.
Green onion 1 bunch
Fresh parsley 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 300 g
Refined sunflower oil 75 ml
White sesame 0.5 tbsp. l.
Black sesame 0.25 g
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper.

Method of cooking:
To prepare a salad in the form of carrots, we will need the following ingredients: boiled pork tongue, potatoes, quail eggs, large carrots, mayonnaise, green onions and parsley, salt, ground black pepper, white and black sesame seeds, refined sunflower oil.

Boil potatoes, eggs, pork tongue, clean them.

Cut the pork tongue into small cubes.

Cut the green onion into thin rings.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry until soft in refined sunflower oil. Carrots should in no case begin to tan and even more so burn, they should simply become soft.

Place the first layer of coarsely grated potatoes on a flat oval dish. Pour mayonnaise over the potato layer, add a little salt and pepper.

We lay out the second layer of chopped green onions.

We pour mayonnaise over the onion, put a layer of sliced ​​pork tongue on it.

Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with pepper.

The next layer is chopped eggs, and on them we lay out cold fried carrots (trying to leave oil in the pan), form a “carrot” so that the layer of carrots evenly covers the salad.

Sprinkle the salad with white and black sesame seeds, make a rosette of carrot leaves from half a bunch of parsley and, after letting the salad infuse for about 1:00, serve it to the table!
