Casserole with mushrooms

1. Wash and boil the potatoes in uniforms. Cool, clean and cut into circles half a centimeter thick.

2. Clean the onion, cut it into half rings and fry it in a tablespoon of oil until transparent or almost golden.

3. Wash the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, salt, pepper and fry in the remaining oil until ready. Photo print on glass Lviv

4. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put a layer of potatoes (half), salt and pepper to taste and spread with sour cream or cream. Then lay out a layer of onions and a layer of mushrooms. Spread with sour cream and lay out the rest of the potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with hard cheese, grated on a large grater.

5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve the dish hot, in portions or in the form in which it was baked.
