Cauliflower and tomato salad – a recipe with a photo

Today we are preparing a simple, tasty salad for everyday cooking. The set of products is simple and affordable. Such a salad is also very useful. This is an excellent option for those who want to eat deliciously.

Ingredients:
boiled cauliflower – 500-600 g;
onion – 1 pcs.;
tomatoes – 300-400 g;
sweet pepper – 1 pcs.;
dill;
salt, ground pepper – to taste;
sour cream;
hard cheese – 50-70 g.

The process of making cauliflower salad.

Cut 500-600 g of cauliflower into florets. Boil the cabbage for 7-10 minutes in salted water.

Cut the cauliflower and put it in a deep container.

Next, we need one onion. Cut it into thin half rings. Add to cabbage.

Cut 300-400 g of tomatoes. Add to the container.

Wash, clean and cut 1 bell pepper.

We also wash 1 bunch of dill, chop it. Add salt and pepper to taste. In this case, a mixture of different peppers is used.

Season with sour cream and mix everything well.

Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top of the salad.
