Cauliflower 1 pc.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Refined sunflower oil 100 g.
Salt 3 pinches.

Method of cooking:
To prepare the dish, you will need a small head of cauliflower, eggs, oil, a little flour and salt.

Cut the cabbage into small florets.

Drop the cabbage into boiling, well-salted water and boil for 5 minutes.

Then drain the water and rinse the cabbage with cold water to stop the “cooking” process.

Prepare the batter by combining eggs, flour and a pinch of salt.

Heat the oil in a pan. Lay out the cabbage, dipping each floret in the batter.

Fry on all sides until a ruddy, appetizing crust.

Serve ready cabbage hot or cold.
