Cauliflower pizza. Super pizza recipe.
boiled cauliflower – 1 pc. (550 g);
small egg – 1 pc.;
grated parmesan cheese – 50 g;
spices: 0,5 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
For tomato sauce:
vegetable oil – 1 tsp;
green onion – 2 tbsp. L.;
garlic – 1 small clove;
small tomato – about 150 g;
Provencal herbs – 1 tsp.
Other:
mozzarella cheese – 120 g;
salami or ham – 20 g;
fresh basil leaves.
Today we are making cauliflower pizza. It turns out super tasty and simple. You don’t need flour, yeast, or baking powder. Everything is quite simple and fast!
The process of making cauliflower pizza.
- Let’s start with the preparation of tomato sauce. Start heating the pan. Pour 1 tsp. oil for frying. As a basis for the sauce, you will need up to 150 g of fresh or canned tomatoes. Add chopped tomatoes and garlic to the pan, which we will press through a press.
Also add 1 tsp. Provenรงal herbs or your own mixture: oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, basil. Add 2 tbsp. l. chopped green onions. If desired, add a pinch of salt.
Now add cauliflower, a broken chicken egg, about 50 g of finely grated cheese (it can be Parmesan or Grana Padano, Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese), 0,5 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper to one bowl.
When the base is ready, carefully remove the pan from the oven to spread the filling. Do not turn off the oven or the cauliflower pizza will go back into the chamber after a few minutes.
Baked pizza can be taken out of the oven and decorated with fresh basil leaves. You can also sprinkle a little mixture of herbs.
