Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 20 seconds, then rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes.

Clean bell peppers from seeds and stalks, cut into short strips.

Heat sunflower oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a hot pan, put the chicken thighs there and fry them evenly over high heat until golden brown. Do not add salt at this time!

Then add chopped onion and, stirring occasionally, fry for 5 minutes. over high heat.
Put the fried thighs and onions in a saucepan.

Next, put the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper, pour water.

Then add salt and pepper to the contents of the saucepan, add coriander, suneli hops and red hot pepper. Mix everything, quickly bring to a boil, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is ready.

Meanwhile, chop the parsley and garlic with a knife.

When the chicken is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat, add the garlic and parsley, mix, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Chahokhbili is ready.

Serve chahokhbili with rice, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
