champignons or forest mushrooms – 300 g,
eggs – 8 pcs.,
cheese (hard) – 150 g,
onion – 200 g,
canned pineapples – 1 can,
mayonnaise – 300 g,
vinegar – 1 tbsp. spoon,
sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon,
parsley – 1 bunch,
dill – 1 bunch,
vegetable oil.

Method of cooking:
We boil the eggs in a cool. Peel and finely chop the onion. Scald the onion with boiling water. This procedure will make the onion a little better and the bitterness will go away. We take 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a glass of boiled water and pour the onion. Leave the onion to marinate for 1 hour.

Next, cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until ready, add salt.

Spread the dish with lettuce leaves. The first layer is fried mushrooms. Coat the mushrooms with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Then finely chop or grate six boiled eggs, and leave three eggs for salad decoration. Put the eggs in the next layer and add a little salt. Spread with mayonnaise.

Chop the canned pineapples and put them in the salad in the next layer, forming a small mound.

Place the pickled onions on top of the pineapples.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater, spread the cheese on top of the onion.

Now you need to decorate the salad. Petals of daisies are made from egg white, and the eye is made from the yolk. With the help of dill and parsley, we create an imitation of a flower meadow and serve the salad to the table.
