Chanachs in a slow cooker

1. Cut the meat into cubes, put on the bottom of the pan.

2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin. Cut 1 tomato and put it with the meat, cut the other two and put it aside, salt and pepper the meat. Close the lid and put it on the “Stew” mode for 1 hour.

3. While the meat is stewing, chop other vegetables. Peel the potatoes, cut them coarsely. Peel the eggplant, cut into cubes. Onions, peppers too.

4. After the meat is stewed, add vegetables to it in layers: first potatoes, then onions, peppers, eggplant. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn on the “Stew” mode for an hour.

5. 10 minutes before the end, add 2 chopped tomatoes and finely chopped garlic. When it’s ready, mix everything in a pan and sprinkle with different herbs.
